Is there a minimum order or monthly volume?
No minimum per order. We ask for expected monthly turnover in the application to size your account limits; accounts under $10,000 per month are reviewed case by case.
How is "our price" calculated?
It is the lowest price from our pricing panel for that exact item and wear, updated every minute from the full market; the public Live supply table refreshes every 5 minutes. It is typically 8-14% below the Steam Community Market.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), BTC and ETH. Deposits are credited after 1 network confirmation for USDT and 2 for BTC and ETH.
How fast is delivery?
After an order is confirmed our bot sends a Steam trade offer within 60 seconds. You have 10 minutes to accept before the item is released back to stock.
Do you really charge no commission?
Yes. Deposits, orders and withdrawals of unused balance carry no fee from us. You only pay the network fee of your own transaction.
Do you have an API?

What happens if a trade fails?
The order is cancelled, the balance is returned instantly and we tell you the reason. Most failures are an expired trade URL or a Steam trade hold.
