Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 September 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
SupplySkins OÜ ("SupplySkins", "we") operates a wholesale marketplace for in-game items of Counter-Strike 2 ("Items"). These Terms govern access to the website, the merchant portal and the API (together, the "Service").
By applying for access or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
2. Eligibility
The Service is offered to businesses and professional traders only. You must be at least 18 years old, hold a Steam account in good standing and pass our verification. We may refuse or revoke access at our discretion, including where we cannot verify your identity or the source of your funds.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your API keys, passwords and two-factor devices. Two-factor authentication is mandatory. Any order created with your credentials is treated as placed by you. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Prices, orders and delivery
Prices are quoted in USD and refresh every five minutes. A price is fixed when an order is created and the balance is reserved. We deliver Items by Steam trade offer from our own inventory. Trade offers expire after 10 minutes; unaccepted offers are cancelled and the reserved balance is released.
We do not guarantee the availability of any Item until an order is confirmed.
5. Payments
Deposits are accepted in supported cryptocurrencies only. Funds are credited after the required number of network confirmations. We do not charge deposit, order or withdrawal fees; network fees are borne by you. Balances are not interest-bearing and are not deposits within the meaning of banking law.
6. Refunds and failed trades
If a trade offer fails for a reason on our side, the order is cancelled and the reserved balance is returned in full. Items delivered to the trade URL you provided are considered delivered. We cannot recover Items sent to a wrong or compromised account.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, sale to minors, or in breach of Steam Subscriber Agreement. You may not resell API access, scrape the website or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
8. API terms
API keys are personal to your account. We may change endpoints with 30 days' notice for breaking changes, documented in the changelog. Webhook endpoints must respond within 5 seconds; we retry failed deliveries for 24 hours.
9. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for Steam outages, trade holds or actions by Valve Corporation.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time; unused balance is withdrawn to a wallet you control. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with reasonable notice except where immediate action is required.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Tallinn unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email and in the portal at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
